The Freeholder of the property is Meyrick 1968 Combined Trust.  The Management Company is Overcliffe Mansions Management Company Limited.  All Lessees have a share in the management company.  

The management company deals with the day-to-day management of the building via the managing agent.  The company is run in accordance with the Memorandum and Articles of Association and current legislation.
