Some Improvements, Maintenance & Repairs.
Garden Picnic Table:
We have installed and varnished a new picnic table in the backyard garden. The primary purpose of this garden furniture is to allow residents of the building to enjoy the outdoor space and share meals or spend time with their family members in the pleasant weather. However, certain rules are in place to ensure consideration for all residents in the block of flats:
- Barbecues or fires are not permitted.
- Parties or playing music are prohibited.
- The gardens are exclusively for residents’ use.
- Ball games are not allowed.
Please ensure that all your tenants, estate agents, and visitors are aware of these building rules.”
Penalties of £150 each, might apply.

Due to the lack of visibility and early darkness (during winter time) on the main entry of our parking yard, the extension at the communal bins, which comes out like 50cms from the edge could make us liable for any vehicle damage when coming in or out from the building back yard.
A Hi-Vis reflective bar has been fitted to this edge to avoid any type of responsibility from our side if a vehicle hit it or eventually get damage. This bar and materials have been set voluntarily at no cost for our service charges. Please click here to see more.
