Parking inside overcliffe mansions premises
Please read carefully to avoid inconveniences:
Since 2017, we have given to the ‘total authority’ and management control of our parking premises to an independent parking enforcement company. Ergo, we are not responsible, cannot get involved or resolve any parking issues, parking notice (fines), complains or appeals.
Please note that all parking rules match with the building head lease.
summary of our building parking rules
- Only one vehicle per flat, displaying a valid permit (whether it be known to be a resident’s vehicle or not)
- and in breach of these terms &conditions, wil be issued with a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).
- Those residents with a garage must park on the drive directly in front of their own garage or inside and do not use any other communal parking spaces.
- No caravans, motorhomes or large vehicles allows inside our car park.
- No trading or storing of vehicles (covered vehicles) is permitted
- Vehicles should park until the sign posted on the southern defence, including the space taken by the sign but never beyond that point.
- All vehicles must be parked ni a suitable parking space for the vehicle size so not to cause obstruction to other users of the car park.
- No vehicles can be maintained, repaired or serviced ont h e premises at all, even inside the garages.
- The agreed PC charges are £100, if paid within 28 days of issue and reduced to £60, if paid within 14 days of issue.
- Only one trader’s van or vehicle can park Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm while clearly displaying the flat where are working in.
- No estate agents, leaseholder’s representative, surveyors o visitors in general can make use of the parking premises without displaying a valid Resident Parking Permit.
